We are proud at Mantle that we have brilliant team, that are all passionately dedicated to providing the best quality service for our clients. They each bring a unique set of professional skills and expertise and we all work very well together.

We ensure our team feels part of the company and the decisions we make. We work respectfully and collaboratively, and that this ethos applies to our work with our clients. We want everyone, staff and clients, to have a positive experience with our company.

Mantle provides flexible working conditions (many of our associate work once or twice a month, or more). We offer professional consultations and further training, as needed. 

We have worked with our associates to ensure we have good processes in place to ensure all our associates can work effectively and efficiently. As a small team, we can provide ongoing support and guidance.
